Christmas Windows Competition

A little creativity, a lot of Christmas spirit and windows worth stopping for.

The Noosa Junction Christmas Windows Competition is bringing festive colour and sparkle to our local streets. From Saturday 28 November, take a wander, discover the displays and support the businesses making the Junction shine.

We’ll showcase participating windows on our Instagram and Facebook pages from 3–13 December, so you can plan your visit and find your favourites.

Enter your business

Have a business in Noosa Junction? Taking part is free and easy.

• Register by Friday 13 November: Contact the Noosa Junction Association to join the competition.
• Dress your window by Saturday 28 November: Have your display ready for the Return of Giant Santa celebration.
• Send your photos or video by Wednesday 2 December: Upload one or two photos and/or a short video to the shared Dropbox folder. The link will be provided to participating businesses.

We’ll tag and collaborate with participating businesses when sharing their displays on social media.

What the judges are looking for

Darren McClenaghan (Daz), RACV Resort Manager and NJA Committee Member and Treasurer, will select the top three windows by Friday 11 December based on:

• Creativity and originality
• Christmas spirit
• How well the display showcases your business
• The wow factor that makes people stop and look

Vote for your favourite

The three finalists will each feature in a separate post on Instagram @visitnoosajunction on Monday 14 December.

Like your favourite finalist’s post to cast your vote. The window with the most likes on its official finalist post wins.

Voting closes at 8pm on Monday 21 December, with the winner announced on Tuesday 22 December.

The prize

The winning business will receive an overnight stay at RACV Noosa Resort, including breakfast for up to four people, generously provided by RACV Noosa Resort.
